The third millenium has begun!

How can we prepair ourselves to keep our energy levels up and not get tired and frustrated in this time of rushing, internet, media overflow and the mind?

We live in a polarity which is characterized by magnetism: positive and negative, up and down, right and left.

As humans we have to balance ourselves in the center.

There is the material world, the tangible, the positive, yang – characterized by the Sun, tangible functions and decisions. Then there’s the soul – invisible, the negative, yin – characterized by the Moon, intuition, emotions, relaxation, meditation and purification.

What can we do?

Stop and take a step back! See life as an eagle and not as a mouse. There is no time to loose ourselves. No time for depression, pain or sickness.

We would like to help you find yourself and learn what it means to trust and love yourself and your surroundings again.

I met Gertrud Langeheine at an Exhibition in Haapsalu for the first time two years ago. I find her to be very knowledgeable, she has years of experience in many healing modes, all of which gear towards health and wellness on all levels of our being, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
